ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS 
Customers who choose this service should note that we will obtain proof of postage and that we take no responsibility of loss or damage of the item/s once we have shipped the item using this service. 

RECORDED DELIVERY
Please note:- items sent by Royal Mail RECORD DELIVERY are insured against non delivery up to the amount of £39.00 that being the maximum the Royal Mail will compensate for this service.

SPECIAL DELIVERY
Take advantage of Special Delivery™ Next Day for guaranteed delivery of your urgent or valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day to 99%* of the UK. Please not some items may have to be ordered from Germany or are special orders (For example Mirror Blacks with decal) these can take up to ten days before delivery.

EUROPE

AIR MAIL
We will obtain proof of sending but are unable to compensate you with any loss or damage to items after they have left us. Unfortunately Airmail items can not be tracked.

AIRSURE – (Recommended)
Sent on the earliest flight and will receive priority handling. We provide a tracking number on request. Items receive priority handling in the UK and abroad, and are electronically tracked to the point of delivery.
In the unlikely event of your mail being lost en route, Airsure provides compensation cover for up to £30. Additional compensation is available up to £500 Countries:-

Andorra, Austria, Iceland,  Belgium, Ireland (Republic) Denmark, Faroe Islands, Italy (inc San Marino and Vatican City), Finland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France (inc Corsica and Monaco) Norway (inc Spitzbergen) Germany, Portugal (inc The Azores and Madeira), Greece, Spain (inc Canary Islands) Greenland  Sweden, Switzerland (inc Liechtenstein)

INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR
International Signed For™ mail can be sent to just about everywhere in the world via standard airmail.
The item sent by International Signed For™ is tracked until it leaves the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, they can’t track your International Signed For™ item all the way to delivery in every instance or always be able to provide a confirmation of delivery

RETURNING GOODS

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must inform us in writing within 3 working days of receipt that you would like to return the goods.  You will then be responsible for returning the unused goods within 7 days of receipt and at your own cost,  to the address which is shown below.  
 
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit, Items should be returned unused in their original condition
and be in a resaleable condition in order to secure a refund. You must also ensure that the goods are repackaged in their original packaging in order to avoid damage to the product on its return as items received damaged may only be partially refunded.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We cannot accept any items for refund which have been  specially ordered for you or manufactured/altered to your specification for return.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order number and reason for return. Remember, the information you provide will help us to help you.
 
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or recredit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or
debited from your credit card for the goods minus the original delivery charge  .

My Beautiful Mini (BM & Partners) do not provide products on a trial basis. Any part which is fitted or removed and then allegedly stated by you that it is faulty or supplied incorrectly can be returned but we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred during the process, for example, labour charges. We will not accept any responsibility for any resulting incompatibility issues or losses incurred indirectly

Please send items via recorded delivery for your own peace of mind and proof of delivery, as the company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost will not be reimbursed.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost. Please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of you making a claim with your courier.

Any item returned to us by the carrying company because of non delivery can be sent out again to the customer. The customer will be charged for this, irrespective of the type of service originally choosen.

RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS

Any damage should be reported to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of item. We will arrange for any damaged parts to be replaced after we have received the damage part back for inspection.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT EXTEND BEYOND UK MAINLAND

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not further damaged in the meantime or in transit. Therefore, you must ensure that the goods are

packaged in their original packaging in order to avoid further damage to the product on its return as items received with further damages to those originally reported may not be refunded in full.
