FOR EUROPE AND RIGHT HAND DRIVE COUNTRIES
MIRROR COVERS - MANUAL AND POWERFOLD
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
LHD (UK & Other LHD Countries)
RHD (Europe & Other RHD Counties)

WHICH MIRROR COVERS DO I NEED FOR MY MINI?
Each country specifies a uniform road traffic flow: left-hand traffic (LHD) in which traffic keeps to the left side of the road, or right-hand traffic (RHD) in which traffic keeps to the right.
Vehicles are manufactured in left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) configurations, referring to the placement of the driving seat and controls within the vehicle Typically, the placement of the steering wheel is opposite to the rule of the road: LHD countries use RHD vehicles for example (UK), and RHD countries use LHD vehicles for example (Europe). This is so that the driver's line of sight is as long as possible down the road past leading vehicles, an important consideration for overtaking (passing).
NEARSIDE is that closest to the kerb and the OFFSIDE is that closest to the center of the road.
MANUAL FOLDING or POWER FOLD?
Manual mirrors - the whole mirror cover unit can be folded into the car manually.
Powerfold mirror - the whole mirror unit can be folded in to the car using a switich situated within the car.
